By using the Platform, you agree to:

The Platform connects with TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other third-party services. You are responsible for complying with each platform's own terms of service. We are not liable for changes to third-party APIs or access restrictions imposed by those platforms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for losses resulting from third-party platform outages, API changes, or failed content distribution.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KMeanz, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Platform or other users.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
